Additional Information:: 3. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.
a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNT) Certificate
c) Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate(D3/K3)
d) Valid Labour Certificate
e) Bid Security (as specified)
f) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
g) Borehole Drilling Certificate (for Lot 11 only)
4. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the address below on or before 19th September, 2025 at 10:00 GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as indicated above.

5. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the District Assembly Conference Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on 19th September, 2025.
