- The Kintampo Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the District Assemblies’ Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the underlisted works:
2. The Kintampo Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days from Monday to Friday.
3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢500.00). The Tender Document could be obtained personally with an application letter.
4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tenders the underlisted statutory documents.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of annual renewal receipt)
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (Excluding Traffic Signals Installation)
• Valid Roads & Highways Certificate for Traffic Signals Installation only
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
5. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Office of the Head of Works on/or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of the amount(s) stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the Kintampo Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 23rd September, 2025.
