Tender Name:: Construction and Furnishing of 1 No. CHIPS Compound at Abaase , KADE

Tender Description:: 1. The Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly has secured funds from the District Assemblies’ Common Fund (DACF), the Assembly’s share of the District Assemblies’ Common Fund and want to apply part of the funds for the construction of the underlisted projects.
Tenderers are therefore invited for the project as below.
LOT 1
Description: Construction and Furnishing of 1 No. CHIPS Compound at Abaase , KADE

Additional Information:: 2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amended Act 2016, (Act 914). A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers from the Offices of the Municipal Coordinating Director, Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly on or before 26TH August, 2025 at Office hours for non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 400.00).

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Officer, Kwaebibirem Municipal Assembly, Kade. In addition to general requirement stated in the Tender documents, Tenders are to be accompanied by the following documents:
a. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates b. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificates d. Valid Business Registration Certificate
e. Valid Tax Clearance Certificates f. Tender Security
g. Valid Labour Certificates
