- 1. The Tolon District Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has been allocated funds as part of its budgetary allocation under the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the Procurement of the under-mentioned projects.
2. Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. The Tolon District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the contracts mentioned above.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in Public Procurement Act,2003 Act 663, as Amended Act 2016 (Act 914), and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
5. A complete set of tender documents in English can be purchased by interested tenderers upon submitting a written application to the District Assembly and paying a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00).
6. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Cert. (D3, K3 and above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (GRA)
C. Valid Clearance Certificate (SSNIT)
D. Valid Labour Certificate
E. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
F. Valid Business Registration Certificate
7. Tenders will be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Contract sum or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and shall be from an Insurance firm in good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission, or a Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank.
8. All interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of Tolon District Assembly from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 9. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. hours GMT on Thursday, 25th September 2025 in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly.
10.Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am GMT on Thursday, 25th September 2025 at the District Assembly Conference Room, Tolon.
