Additional Information:: 7. A Contractor will be selected under a Competitive Tendering Method through the evaluation procedures which are described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663, as Amended Act 2016, Act 914 and Act 2025, Act 1139 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.

8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tenders the underlisted statutory requirements (where applicable for the Goods and Works described above).
a) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate, Class D2K2 or better for buildings & civil related works
b) Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
c) Valid Business Registration Certificate or Valid Certificate of Incorporation
d) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
e) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (for Goods)
f) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
g) Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
h) Any other requirement specified in the tender documents
