- The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly, intends to apply a portion of the District Assembly Common Fund to fund eligible payments under various contracts for which this Invitation for Tenders (IFT) is issued.
2. The Procurement expected to be awarded under this IFT is below.
. The Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Contractors and Suppliers to tender for the Procurement referenced above.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current annual renewal receipt)
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Goods only)
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D3,K3 or above (Works only)
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate (Works only)
• Power of Attorney
6. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the address below.
7. A complete set of the Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the Procurement Unit, Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵500.00 each for a set of Tender Document. The method of payment will be by cash.
8. The deadline for the submission of Tenders is Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, at 10:00 am. Tenders must be delivered to the Tatale Sanguli District Assembly, P.O. Box 1, Tatale, DPCU Room on or before the time specified above, at which time and date Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the meeting at the DPCU Room, Tatale Sanguli District Assembly.
