- The Government of Ghana has received a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) and International Fund for Agricultural Development towards the cost of implementing the Northern Rural Growth Programme (NRGP), in the amount of UA 40 million (USD 62 million), and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the eligible payments under the Contract for the Civil works as shown below. To be qualified for the award of Contract, the successful bidder shall be registered with the Ministry of Roads and Highways with a minimum Financial Class of A3B3.
